Subsequent training sessions are more interactive and personalized, focused on creating strategies, being organized and gaining cooperation.
Developing your innate strengths and strengthening your confidence in your abilities is our job—one that we take seriously.
Our Comprehensive Training, led by our Trainers and Mentors, includes:
Formal Sessions - Knowledge and understanding
of the profession is the first step to being great at your job.
Classroom training is invaluable and personal attention is the
focus of all our trainings. We keep the class size small, no more
than four to six Trainees, and always have a number of talented
staff on hand to actively assist during the training and learning
process.
Informal Sessions - Once you’re secure
in your understanding of the job and the challenges you will face,
preparing yourself for success is something you'll look forward
to! These one-on-one sessions, done either in the field or over
the phone, give you practical knowledge as well as real-world
advice that will increase your chances of completing your assignments
with a high level of success.
Our Trainers also work in the field with Interviewers, offering important side-by-side guidance to newer team members. Always accessible by phone or email to answer questions that may arise or to offer advice, Trainers give you a feeling of security and connectedness while you’re on assignment. In addition to the support offered by our Trainers, our caring and professional Corporate staff and other experienced Interviewers are always at the ready—willing and able to give you the tips and assistance you require to grow and succeed with AICS.
